Three Lands, 2024
transparent acrylic, paper | 200 x 180 x 200 cm
solo exhibition: Extra + Ordinary Journey, Museum 209, Seoul, South Korea

Three Lands is a pop-up installation, reflecting contemporary society and its complexities. Three distinct lands, each with its own capital, architecture, flora, and culture, interact across the sea, staging conflicts, migrations, and borders. Three Peripheral territories offer a refuge for nature and endangered species, while the three main lands reveal the consequences of intensive human activity. At the heart of the installation, three figures gathered in a bubble symbolize unity, yet this intimate space contrasts with the broader political and social tensions.
